Welcome to Linkhorn Cove!

Linkhorn Cove is a neighborhood community of Virginia Beach. Nestled between subdivisions of Alanton and Brighton on the Bay, it is located behind First Colonial High School and Cape Henry Collegiate Academy. (Map)

An established, well-treed neighborhood, most of the homes  were constructed in the 1980s and waterfront properties face the Linkhorn Bay. The schools in the district are excellent, and the crime rate is very low - making the neighborhood a wonderful place to raise a family.

The Linkhorn Cove Civic League (LCCL) serves not only as a voice outside of the neighborhood, but also fosters a spirit of community within the neighborhood. In addition to organizing a neighborhood watch, the LCCL also ensures our park and community entrances remain safe and beautiful.

The LCCL hosts several events throughout the year including an Easter Egg hunt, July 4th parade, seasonal cookouts, flag football in Linkhorn Park, and Holiday parties. We hope to see our neighbors at all of these wonderful events!
